I am Rya Eisma, an expert photographer with roots in Filipino culture. Born and supported in Hawai'i, I am currently based in Las Vegas. My photography journey began in youth; a 110 movie camera, a gift from my Aunt, marked the beginning of this lifelong pursuit. Proceeding rapidly, I soon transitioned to utilizing a Pentax SLR, a critical step in my photographic advancement.

My academic pathway consisted of extensive coursework in photography throughout my high school and college years. Nevertheless, my profession originally took a different trajectory as I made a degree in nursing. This occupation was more than a work; it was a means to sustain my son and myself. Regardless of this, the allure of photography continued to be a consistent, a silent yet consistent calling.
