The RAC is a fitness company that is established under Rockdale Athletics Center. We specialize in Weight Management and Sports Training.

About the Coach:

Coach Kelvin D. Blackshear Sr., is a certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Fitness Instructor, and a Certified Power Lifting Coach. Coach Blackshear is currently a Georgia High School Physical Education Teacher, and he is Certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and USA Weightlifting.

Coach Blackshear has over 20 years of experience motivating athletes to perform at high levels, from middle school to the collegiate level.
