Your Journey Through is a modern mental health counseling practice in Raleigh, NC, founded by Mary Beth Somich, LCMHC. Our team of credentialed therapists offers warm, relatable therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, EMDR, and relationships. Sessions are available in person at our Raleigh office and by HIPAA-compliant online therapy throughout North Carolina. We are an out-of-network practice and provide superbills for clients seeking insurance reimbursement.
