Workforce Intelligence Lab

Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is an independent research institution that studies a central question: how do workforce conditions affect whether infrastructure, energy, manufacturing and other mission-critical investments are delivered as planned? WIL brings together public-source data, research methods and practitioner expertise to examine the relationship between workforce conditions and project delivery. Its research covers three connected areas: workforce conditions and investment delivery; occupations, skills and credentials.
