Eye Donors Organization (EDO) is a charitable welfare NGO, it is duly registered with the Ministry of Social Welfare, Govt. of Punjab. The NGO has been providing valuable services since 1981 to the needy & deserving poor eye patients of Tehsil Taxila, Wah, Hassanabdal, Haripur, and hundreds of its suburban villages. . EDO was founded in 1981, by the most honourable personality of Pakistan in the field of education Sqn. Ldr N.A. Beg (Late)Ex-principal Cadet College Hassan Abdal and founder Principal of Cadet College Pataro (Sindh). EDO EYE Hospital This is a permanent project of the NGO under which an Eye Hospital at Lala Rukh Wah Cantt. Vision and Mission To help people who suffer from vision-related disabilities in under-served areas and make their life independent and dignified.
